Busser/Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Busser/Porter to join our team at Gateway Casinos Sault Ste. Marie. As a Busser/Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining and bar areas.

• Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist servers and bartenders in maintaining a high level of service.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an asset.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds, specifically a fully loaded serving tray.
• Knowledge of specialty food and beverage items is a plus.
• Positive attitude, energy, and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility in terms of scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
