Shelter Canadian Properties Limited employs designated accountants in various positions throughout the organization to provide financial management of its corporate assets and property management and real estate development activities, including the financial management of two publicly-traded entities.

We are seeking accounting, budgeting, and financial professionals at all levels of our organization to join our team.

For senior-level accounting positions, we require qualified Chartered Accountants or equivalent with several years of audit and/or financial management experience, including accounting and financial disclosure for publicly-traded entities.

Positions are also available for candidates who are enrolled in a designated accounting program or who have completed a program of studies in accounting or finance at a college or university.

Seasonal, contract work may also be available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial management of corporate assets
  • Property management and real estate development activities
  • Accounting and financial disclosure for publicly-traded entities
  • Financial planning and budgeting

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or equivalent
