We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at S&R Facility Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
