Job Duties:

  1. Offer technical leadership and ensure quality on transportation planning and traffic engineering initiatives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to meet client expectations regarding scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  3. Nurture strong relationships with clients, department managers, and internal/external stakeholders.
  4. Contribute to proposal development and support marketing efforts as needed.
  5. Help develop and mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or equivalent; Master's degree considered beneficial.
  • P.Eng. license mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in providing transportation planning and/or traffic engineering services.
  • Superb written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Involvement in industry events and technical committees is advantageous.
