About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Care Centre team at Western Financial Group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of advisors and ensuring optimal performance of the Care Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements according to policy and procedure
  • Continuously research and review industry and product knowledge to ensure legislative statutes are adhered to
  • Complete performance evaluations for staff in partnership with the Manager, Customer Care Centre
  • Develop self through industry involvement, training and other courses
  • Adhere to all Company processes to ensure consistent and accurate documentation, and correspondence
  • Assist other departments, positions, tasks and duties as required
  • Manage and audit team of advisors for optimal Care Centre performance
  • Perform observational based coaching with staff in partnership with the Manager, Customer Care Centre
  • Develop reports through industry involvement, training, and other courses

Requirements

  • General Insurance Level 2 License required
  • History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices
  • Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
