We are seeking a reliable Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Skyblue Services Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment in various settings.
Duties and Responsibilities- Clean and polish floors, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and disinfecting surfaces
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, appliances, and other equipment
- Sanitize operating rooms and other areas, adhering to strict health and safety protocols
- Clean windows, walls, and ceilings, using specialized equipment and techniques
This is a fast-paced position that requires standing, walking, and handling heavy loads. You will work in a combination of sitting and standing environments, with regular breaks to maintain your physical well-being.
Requirements and Qualifications- No formal education or certification required; however, experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset
- Punctuality, client focus, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role
As a Housekeeping Specialist with Skyblue Services Corporation, you can expect a competitive salary of $32,500 per year, paid bi-weekly. This full-time position offers 30 hours of work per week, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.
