About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at Why C Media Ltd. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing websites that are optimized for search engines and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests, ensuring that our solutions are reliable, secure, and meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web development, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and other website creation and management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
