Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cycling Without Age Pilot at Gsjvolunteer. As a Cycling Without Age Pilot, you will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable cycling experience for our residents, promoting a sense of community and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a motorized trishaw in a safe and responsible manner
  • Match with residents and ensure their safe seating in the trishaw
  • Provide safety instructions and engage residents verbally throughout the ride
  • Adhere to policies, rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements included in the Cycling Without Age training
  • Abide by Province of New Brunswick traffic laws and City of Saint John bicycle ordinances

Requirements

  • Loch Lomond Villa Volunteer Orientation and training on the Cycling Without Ages Program
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for residents
