Job Title: Construction Labourer

C Town Exterior Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling forms and scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Experience an asset
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical demands of the job include working outdoors in dusty conditions and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
