Senior Advisor, Vulnerability Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor, Vulnerability Management to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Security Operational Center (SOC), you will play a critical role in protecting our organization from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities- Contextualize and Prioritize Vulnerabilities: Work with multiple technical teams to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities, ensuring timely correction and minimizing risk.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity Experts: Collaborate with experts in cyber defense, offense, threat intel, and vulnerability management to reduce risks and improve our overall cybersecurity posture.
- Stay Informed and Up-to-Date: Stay current with new vulnerabilities and threats, and leverage your expertise to inform remediation efforts.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including remediation teams, service providers, and partners.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of application security, experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Acunetix, Veracode), and good knowledge of infrastructure management (Windows, Linux, Aix).
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and French.
