We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail store team at Sherwin-Williams.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts at one of our retail stores, servicing both wholesale and retail customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by determining customer needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Ensuring accurate completion of sales transactions and maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.
  • Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse and tinting and mixing them to customer specifications.
  • Stocking shelves and setting up displays, cleaning store equipment, and loading and unloading trucks.
  • Assisting with deliveries as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • The ability to distinguish between colors.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset. Additionally, having a valid driver's license and being able to speak a second language can be beneficial.
