We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Structural Engineering Graduate Programme in Burlington, ON (Canada).
This programme is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in the field of structural engineering. You will work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and have opportunities to develop your leadership skills.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for developing and optimising structural designs for manufacturing facilities, ensuring they are efficient, safe, and meet production requirements.
- You will ensure all structures adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and local building codes relevant to manufacturing.
- You will work closely with production managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate structural design with operational needs and workflow.
- You will conduct assessments of existing structures and sites to determine their suitability for manufacturing operations and identify potential issues.
- You will monitor the construction process to ensure structural integrity, quality assurance, and compliance with design specifications.

Requirements:
- You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2025.
- You should have no more than 12 months' work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.).
- You must be eligible to live and work permanently in Canada.
- You will need to have a Degree and/or Masters in: Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering.
