Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Farm Worker at R. N. Capital Management Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Fertilize and spray crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvest crops and handle them with care to minimize damage.
  • Feed and tend to animals, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform general farm duties, including constructing and repairing wood or metal supports and structures.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area, with staff accommodation available. The work site environment includes beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, other grain farming, and turkey farming.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work 40 to 60 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • Fluency in English is required.
