Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our Commercial Delivery team at National Bank. As a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in leading our business solution architecture team and contributing to the development of our architecture practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the business solution architecture team, providing mobilizing leadership and contributing to its development.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and business lines to define and execute projects, ensuring solutions comply with our architectural guidelines and governance.
- Manage architect demand, team capacity, and assignments.
- Support the SnL Architect and Domain Architects in the evolution of domains, the use of target capacities, and sound debt management.
- Contribute to the evolution and implementation of our practice, working closely with the Practice Lead for Solution Architecture.

You will be part of a large team of 15 colleagues and report to Eric Jolly. Our team is agile, proactive, and collaborative, with over 2,300 experts working together to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or information technology.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in management, development, coaching, and team mobilization.
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, Data Flow (streaming), security, elasticity, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, software packages, cloud, and other relevant technologies.
