We are seeking a skilled Roofer Helper to join our team at Young Roofing & Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction crew, you will assist in various aspects of roofing and construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Help with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Pave and rake asphalt.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Perform routine maintenance work.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Work Environment:

As a Roofer Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
