Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Touchdown Canada Immigration. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare sales contracts
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and provide excellent customer service
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude
