About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Shawarma on Wheels. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food is prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, taking into account customer allergies and dietary restrictions.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and manage kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, and the advertised start date.
