Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at DAVO\u0027S AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve marketing goals.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure effective marketing campaigns.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote business services.
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize marketing ROI.
  • Communication: Answer written and oral inquiries to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor\u0027s degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and accounting software.
  • Area of Specialization: Marketing.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, and dependability.
Work Environment:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
