Bar Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Baba Q's Smoke & Grill Restaurant Ltd. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer system
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
- Take beverage orders from serving staff and patrons
- Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
- Order and maintain inventory of bar stock
- Provide recommendations on drink selections and wine pairings
- 2 years of experience in a bartending role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of provincial liquor legislation and regulations
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
