Counter Attendant

We are seeking a Counter Attendant to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
