About This Opportunity
As a Maintenance Manager at Sealed Air, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance activities related to production and facilities, ensuring that they meet customer needs and standards. This includes designing, implementing, and administering preventative and predictive maintenance plans, leading departmental improvement initiatives, and coordinating standard achievement.

You will work closely with production management and workers to troubleshoot maintenance, process, and product issues, as well as coordinate work with external vendors and review cost estimates for prioritized maintenance and repairs. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with the team regarding machine overhauls and maintenance projects, assist in training and supervising employees, and administer current programs to ensure employee health and safety.

The successful candidate will have a four-year degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably, and three years of manufacturing experience, with three years of managerial experience leading a maintenance team preferred. You should demonstrate a commitment to safety, effective interpersonal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Process and Instrumentation diagrams, electrical schematics, mechanical layout, and design. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks is also essential.
