**Job Description:**

As a Buildings M&E Manager at WSP Global Inc., you will play a key role in leading our Transportation Infrastructure team. We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, from concept to completion.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including structural, electrical, lighting, BIM, civil, and others, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to meet project goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of consulting engineering experience, with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer with PEO (Professional Engineers Ontario), or equivalent registration in other provinces.
  • Proven experience in transportation projects, including involvement in multiple disciplines.
  • Familiarity with different project delivery methods, including Alliance, Progressive Design & Build, Design Build, DBF, DBFM, DBFMO, ADM, IPD, and conventional DBB.
  • Strong technical background, with knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, sanitary & storm piping, domestic hot and cold water distribution, natural gas distribution, fire protection, BAS, SCADA, and integration with engineering software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to deal with internal and external clients, other disciplines, and internal lead, senior, intermediate, junior engineers, and project managers.
