Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates: The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate and timely budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers: The successful candidate will recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors: The Construction Project Manager will hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
