This role involves designing on various municipal and land development assignments (site and subdivision planning and design, municipal roads, residential developments, storm water management, pipe networks etc.) for projects locally and throughout BC.

A day in the life:
- You'll participate in project meetings with contractors, clients/owners and affected stakeholders.
- You'll take projects from preliminary concepts and sketches into engineering designs, plans, and project documentation requirements.
- You'll coordinate the preparation of documents required for regulatory approvals and prepare construction cost estimates and tender documents/contracts.
- You'll work closely with other team members to ensure schedules, budgets and quality control standards are achieved.
What you'll bring to WSP:
- You should have 2+ years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and design and knowledge in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- You should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
- You should be registered with or eligible to register with ASTTBC or other technical accreditation body.
- You should have advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
The expected salary range for this role is $69,600 - $95,800.
