About the Role:

Abstract Developments is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction materials.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting on variances.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project coordination and/or management.
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • P.Eng, PMP, E.I.T. and/or GSC considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated and ongoing professional development, remaining current on industry standards, new products, and/or compliance regulations strongly considered.
