Requirements
  • 1+ years of proven experience as an auto body painter with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required

  • Knowledge: Understanding of different types of paints, primers, and finishes, as well as their application methods
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and address painting issues or imperfections effectively
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Certifications: Relevant certifications or vocational training in auto body painting or a related field
  2. Software Skills: Familiarity with computerized paint mixing systems and paint-related software is advantageous
  3. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other auto body technicians and professionals
