About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team at Top Tier Massage. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet client demands.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and provide a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English (langue de travail).
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
