Job Title: Plumbing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at Legendary Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Instruct and train apprentices in plumbing techniques and best practices.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective work.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing to ensure optimal performance.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Work Environment

The Plumbing Technician will work in a fast-paced construction site environment, requiring physical stamina and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the plumbing trade.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy loads.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
