Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at SKYVIEW SECURITY AND INTELLIGENCE INC.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and maintain the security equipment and systems, ensuring that they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
