Ramp Agent

At AGI Ground, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Ramp Agent to join our team. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, cargo, and passengers.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures and protocols.
- Operate and maintain ground equipment, including jetways and baggage handling systems.
- Load and unload cargo and baggage from aircraft.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and airline staff.
- Collaborate with other ground crew members to ensure smooth airport operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States or Canada, as applicable.
- Completion of ramp and SIDA training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull heavy objects (up to 70 pounds).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive hourly rate ($16.00-$16.25).
