Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:

As a Multimedia Content Creator at TD, you'll be responsible for creating unique external and internal digital content to support talent attraction and bring TD's Colleague Promise to life. This includes social content, newsletters, web and print banners, videos, static imagery, invites, and other program initiatives across the team as requested.

You'll work closely with the Candidate Attraction team to develop content strategies that showcase the benefits of working at TD and attract top talent to the organization. Your goal will be to create engaging and effective content that drives results and supports the growth of the TD brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in editing/motion graphics software, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, or Avid).
  • Experience with filmmaking, photography, and photo editing.
  • On-set experience with strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with art production/graphic design.
  • Relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
