Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Wong's Hotel & Restaurant Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations to customers
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
