Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at PHILCAN CLEANING SERVICES COMPANY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that all sites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity and manual dexterity.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at various locations, including commercial facilities and residential areas. The role will involve standing for extended periods, lifting, and bending, as well as working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
