Job Overview

At UCCS Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conferencing with clients to identify their technical requirements and documenting these needs in detail. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions that drive business value and growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Confer with clients to understand their technical requirements and document these needs accurately
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to design and develop robust solutions that meet client expectations
  • Develop and implement policies to minimize security breaches and ensure data protection
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the quality assurance practices and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and resolve any conflict situations that may arise

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proven experience in information systems business solutions, preferably in a similar role or industry
  • Ability to work independently with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to sit and stand for extended periods

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and generous paid time off.
