About the Role
- Deliver Exceptional Care – Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients and their families in their own home or in facility.
- Collaborate with Colleagues – Work closely with members of both the English and French communities, and participate in ongoing internal and external continuing education activities.
- Support Client Wellbeing – Ensure clients' emotional, physical comfort, and safety are of top priority, and provide support and direction to Licensed/Registered Practical Nurses and paraprofessional staff members involved in direct client care visits.
Requirements
- Education and Experience – Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body, with at least two years of recent experience, preferably in a community setting.
- Validations – Valid CPR certification, a clear police criminal record, and ability to get a Vulnerable Sector Screening if required.
