About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Category 12 Brewing Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized kitchen environment.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Menu Development and Planning
    • Create new recipes and menu items that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to our customers.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
