We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Creative Impex Ltd. as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, from receiving and storing inventory to packing and shipping products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing: Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory, and accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, including cleaning, organization, and housekeeping tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve goals, share knowledge, and support each other in meeting deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
