About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare services, creating a safe and engaging environment for children to thrive. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality childcare services, including meal preparation, homework assistance, and activities that promote learning and development.
- Create a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective childcare program.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move children and equipment as needed.
This is a full-time position, working on-site at Mike&Wendy. The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 35-hour week, with occasional flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
SalaryThe salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
