**Job Title: Ceramic Artisan**

We are currently seeking an experienced Ceramic Artisan to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent craftsmanship skills and the ability to work efficiently with various materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare Work Surfaces: Carefully measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate placement of ceramic tiles.
• Mix and Apply Adhesives: Mix and apply various adhesives using hand trowels to create strong bonds between tiles and surfaces.
• Lay Tiles: Set tiles in place and apply pressure to secure them to the base, ensuring proper alignment and straightness.
• Cut and Fit Tiles: Cut tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power tools, guaranteeing a seamless finish.
• Pack and Remove Grout: Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout for a clean appearance.
• Repair Cracked or Damaged Tiles: Replace cracked or damaged tiles with new ones, maintaining the overall integrity of the installation.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in tile laying or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ceramics and masonry techniques.
• The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
