About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Manitoba Ltd. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our clients. Your primary duties will include cutting and trimming hair according to client instructions or preferences, shampooing customers' hair, shaving and trimming beards and mustaches, and providing other hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences
  • Shampoo customers' hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide other hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client physical features and preferences

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Dental plan and health care plan
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
