Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of direct care providers to ensure high-quality patient service delivery
  • Develop and customize care plans that meet individual patient needs and exceed standards set by CBI Health Group and external stakeholders
  • Supervise direct care providers, unregulated staff, and delegating tasks to ensure alignment with their scope of practice and focus on clinical excellence
Requirements
  • Possess current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
  • Able to travel from home to home within the community, with valid Ontario driver's license and insurance
  • Have 2 years of supervisory experience and/or experience in home health service delivery
