Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at KER Holdings Limited. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet patrons and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Order Taking and Communication
    • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Be flexible and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
