  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders as required.

**Qualifications**

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
  • Proven track record in the construction industry is highly desirable.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
