About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate in our Wealth Management division. As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and Advisor team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, ensuring timely and accurate management of client relationships.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing clear and concise information on account transactions, requests, and documentation.
  • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects, leveraging your passion for planning and attention to detail.
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant client files and documentation.
  • Support the Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process, maintaining an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of financial services and regulations, with a focus on wealth management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
