Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a permanent employee in Kingston on a hybrid/remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by applying your technical expertise, guidance and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-disciplinary projects, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, project abstracts and technical reports that meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Professional Engineering license with PEO (other provincial registrations considered an asset).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with a Mechanical Engineering focus.
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience as a Mechanical Engineer in an Engineering Consulting firm.
  • Proven expertise in mechanical design, HVAC, plumbing and fire suppression.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
