Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Pro Sales Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Pro customer orders nationwide, working closely with sales representatives, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Manage Pro customer orders nationwide, for both regular and special orders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to Pro customers, understanding their challenges and finding solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives, the delivery and receiving team, and with colleagues to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products on the market, as well as their features and functions, through appropriate training.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer service.
  • Computer Skills: Computer skills, including email, Microsoft suite (mainly Excel and Teams).
  • Software Knowledge: Knowledge of company software, including MMS, Soda, and other systems.
  • Language: Proficiency in French, spoken and written.
