We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Spirit Ambassador to join our team at Dillon's Small Batch Distillers. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our Sipping Room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the Sipping Room with warm hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Educate guests on our premium spirits and bitters collection, highlighting their unique characteristics and flavor profiles
  • Lead guests through immersive tasting experiences, providing expert recommendations and pairing suggestions
  • Develop and lead engaging tours of our distillery, showcasing our craft and expertise
  • Support events and daily operations within the Dillon's hospitality team, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations
  • Assist with sales in the Sipping Room, driving revenue growth and promoting our products

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a high-end or spirits-related environment
  • Possession of a Smart Serve Certificate, demonstrating your knowledge and commitment to responsible serving practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and projects
  • A keen eye for detail, guaranteeing accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
