Facilities Maintenance Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILDING MAINTENANCE: Service roof top unit, perform minor and major cleaning, climb stairs, ladders and scaffolding
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in one or more trade disciplines (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
  • Able to use a computer and knowledge of proper usage of hazardous chemicals and cleaning supplies

HOURS OF WORK: Call-in basis, Monday - Friday (afternoon shift), summer hours (transition to day shift). DAILY RATE: $22.09 per hour + vacation pay.
