As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Guest Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
- Departure Process: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as required.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and permanent employment.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
