Job Summary & Positions

As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact business results and continuously develop and empower your team members. Supervisor opportunities may include Front End Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or Community Donation Supervisor.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your expertise will be utilized to drive operational efficiency, manage inventory, and implement strategies to increase revenue.

Your Qualifications

  • Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $65,000 (dependent on experience and location)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or leadership roles
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
